Pros

All the benefits of working for a large, established corporation. There are benefits, an anonymous ethics line, great 24/7 tech support, stable HR policies, paid vacation. The office space has non-permanent desk assignments for hybrid staff, and each desk at the Minneapolis building was sit/stand with dual monitors and a nice roomy workstation. Clean restrooms. Front desk/security guards who are helpful.

Cons

Required 3 days in the office a week, but all coworkers were in other states. I spent all day in Teams meetings and never spoke to anyone in person. Large corporations can have massive instability with management turnover in various areas. This position at Wells Fargo was a team of professionals who had an average of 15+ years of career experience. We were shuffled between direct managers, which resulted in a gap in proper training, low morale, and appeared as an excuse to reduce headcount due to poor numbers.
