Great colleagues but toxic culture and age discrimination concerns

Liked the people I worked with I feel bad they have to continue with toxicity and it only will likely get worse as headcount cuts continue.

Cons

It’s AI at all costs and rewards are for those that show innovation regardless of value. Reduction of headcount is primarily based on location, getting rid of experience and AI efficiency. New trend is to use performance as reason to cut folks so they can replace with younger talent. Age discrimination??

Good pay. Some great people. If you keep your head down and press the buttons, you can be there for 25 years.

Cons

So so much compliance work. Very little senior level support on any pushback. Insanely unrealistic deadlines. Non-stop meetings (I'm talking a meeting every hour on the books - usually with at least two other conflicting meetings) Shady employee review processes.
