Pros
I had some great managers here from whom I learned a great deal and who motivated and encouraged me. I have a lot of good memories of them and some of my other peers who’ve since moved on to a better place.
Cons
The culture is toxic, full of favoritism. Managers don’t know what the job entails but are responsible of making the decisions and hold team members accountable with unrealistic expectations. Their technology practices are a joke, with little to no allotment of resources to help support the business, while they outsource the jobs to India and the Philippines to save a buck, while cutting employees who’d dedicated years of their lives to the place. Just disgusting.
