The work actually matters. We're helping real people get healthier through their jobs, so it's easy to care about what you do. The company is putting real effort into better tools and technology to make the team's lives easier. People here genuinely want to do right by clients and each other.

Fun industry, job flexibility and remote first, friendly coworkers, approachable executives who treat you with respect, very inexpensive benefits plans, a lot of time off, summer fridays

very fast growing so must be able to handle changes happening often, but they are usually for the best of employees and clients
