Pros

Very flexible hours, and fair pay for the skill required.

Cons

The only "con" I can think of is that some of the work is somewhat subjective; but our performance is evaluated fairly, imo, so that "con" is almost not even worth mentioning.

Pros

Fully remote roles, fairly low pressure depending on your manager, and pay is competitive.

Cons

The most political company that I've ever worked for. You can't just do your job, you have to play the game to get ahead. Senior management is quite pessimistic and brash about how they go about in their work. Management is also very heavy on one demographic, white men. Toxic culture, zero collaboration, and uncomfortable place to work at. Pay is good, but benefits are extremely lacking. This is not a serious place to spend your career at.
