      Supportive team, generally supportive leadership, opportunity for growth & different parts of the company that can be explored for career

      Cons

      High demand workload depending on your client; pay isn't the best it could be for the amount of work, but isn't the worst, either; the health insurance is only good if you live in specific parts of the country (I don't live in a good coverage area)
