- working from home - they give you laptop and internet money coverage - they do meetings in order to see your performance and if you need any help - they are consistent with payments

Cons

- you end up doing things that are not mentioned in the job description - hr team in Greece doesn't hear your concerns, but whatever you tell them they go and tell the managers - depending on the Managers, some of them are rude

- Pretty decent pay considering you almost always have hours each week - Less monotonous than other AI writing jobs; the tasks can vary and be really interesting as well as challenging in a good way - Professional, regular paychecks, W2 employee, more ethical than most AI companies

Cons

-Some weeks you may only work 1 or 2 hours, but that's somewhat rare. It can be easy to get used to the regular pay and task flow and then one day you have nothing for a week. But they are honest about this with you and that's the nature of the industry for now.

-Great pay -Great hours -Decent supervisors

Cons

-Constant quota to meet -If you don't meet quota you are put on what they call a 'PIP' Performance improvement plan -Difficult job due to ambiguity of job tasks -Constantly feel like your job is in jeopardy -Management will not hesitate to fire you from one day to the next regardless of how long you've been with the company or the model employee you've been the entire time.
