Very outdated vendor portal, with financial process happening with great difficulty; no real transparency on personal progress and salary upgrades; tendency to overload employed and difficulty in sharing workloads

Management is mediocre. When it comes to upper management, there is a clear disconnect between them and their global offices. But in terms of middle management, the situation is critical. Leadership is non existent, communication is unclear and devious, there is indifference towards the well-being of employees, goals are unreasonable and work ethic is questionable. They count with devoted and hard working talent, but fail recognizing this and the role that their teams play in the overall success of the company. Due to this failure, and the inability to accurately convey the reality of our needs to upper management, talent has been compelled to leave in great numbers and I wouldn't be surprised if the office will close soon.
