Very stressful environment and the managers were not helpful. Much politics going on, and high turnover. New employees do not get proper training and they pretty much learn by themselves. There is no investment made to develop its employee.

Working in a very 'stabbing in the back' environment where everybody is scared of being the next one to be kicked-out. Every day there is a new tester for your same language being tested. Gives no hope of job security. Vendor PMs are ex testers with no much training and lack of professionalism. Testers tend to be much more educated and experienced than their PMs. Rates per hour are abysmal depending of the language and the vendors.
