People in the management is always very friendly. They works with top companies giving you the opportunity to work in high level environments.

Cons

They are located far from where you have to work, so you barely know them. If you want to re-negotiate your salary they pretend to not understand.

- pizza and Sushi once a month - active sports and social - good location

Cons

- long hours with no appreciation from management - no options for career progression - no reviews or management meetings to voice concerns - no training provided when new tasks given and no support from management - commitments made to clients without teams input - no communication from management on future plans - low job security which is used a threat to enforce long working hours and increased responsibilities - poor atmosphere among staff who are all burned out and unhappy with management
