      Pros

      The Leadership Team and management are truly dedicated and invested in seeing Welocalize become the best. There is room to grow- if you show interest and take initative management will notice and help you make necessary grow a reality. The people are considered a valuable assest (not just a fluff statement). A consistent amount of change happens here- keeping the pace lively and intriguing.

      Cons

      A global company means you might not meet your team face-to-face. Have to work hard on building a sense of team across oceans.

      Pros

      Welocalize's benefits plan is very comprehensive. You have a lot of options when it comes to health care, and voluntary benefits. Your schedule is flexible, remote work is permitted. Overall, working for Welocalize allows for a great work/life balance for me.

      Cons

      Salaries are not necessarily the most competitive, but the benfits package, flexible schedule and remote working balances it out nicely.

      Pros

      The people are great. Everyone is reliable and easy to talk to. It really makes the office environment highly enjoyable. Office gatherings are fun and management really tries to make sure everyone is happy at their job.

      Cons

      Communication is a bit of an issue, but I think that happens at every larger-sized company.
