      Flexible schedule. No one over ur shoulder

      Cons

      No benefits. Only given3 socks days per gets. That you earn at 2.5 hrs each check. Not even given all up front. Medical plans extremely high. Can let you go at any second. Once client is done with you. They don’t make it clear that it’s contracted work during interview process
