A regular check every other week.

Cons

An entire department: 1. No raises- EVER! 2. No bonuses 3. 24 hrs sick pay/year 4. No paid vacation 5. 2 paid holidays only but unlimited number of holidays and other UNPAID days off 6. Micromanagement 7. Scope creep 8. Unaffordable health care 9. Burnout is REAL here!!

The team was supportive and my direct supervisor was accommodating.

Cons

The wages are stagnant. They only provide what the law allows. I think they're holding out on raises until minimum wage cates up with what they offer.

International teamwork, innovation, interesting clients, opportunity to learn new things and get great experience. Some benefits, flexibility and opportunity to work remote.

Cons

It's hard to understand where you can grow in the company, since a lot of changes are happening in the organization from time to time, which seems quite chaotic. The salary options were also quite low for the amount of work and things you have to do, sometimes overworking, which was not payed.
