Upper management will constantly drill into your head that you are expendable and replaceable. You are not valued, there are periods with no work and you just don’t get paid

HR and management go out of their way to work with you on every front. I loved working here. The teambuilding and community here are top notch. The benefits are fair, and the pay is decent - especially for an entry level position.

Cons

A lot of the programs you're working with are oriented for neurotypical minds. They have a lot to work on as far as accessibility for neurodivergent peoples.
