      Great place for students, flexible hours, easy work load, and nice co-workers

      Cons

      Terrible management, not organized, demunitive pay, slow rate of growth (raise scale), and ugly uniforms

      Pros

      You get to know so many of the lovely customers and get to know them on a deep level it's great. But at Wendy's being really good at something has its downfall.

      Cons

      The biggest downside of working at Wendy's. Is you don't really have managers that give two damns about their crew and the needs of their crew. They burn you out on one specific position until you literally hate the job your doing. So if your good at one thing be prepared for it to be about the only thing they have you do.

      Pros

      The people (the coworkers) were really nice all the way up to the managers. Everyone is understanding of everything because they are very down to earth people.

      Cons

      The pay is minimum wage and you have to do everything from assembling food to cleaning the bathrooms. Trust me $7.25 is not enough to clean up piles of poop off the women's bathroom. There's also the thing about getting your break 20 mins in your 8 hour shift. Plus the thing about having to close one night (you leave on a good night at 3 a.m.) and then having to come in around 9 or 10 for store prep.
