Pros

- Everything has a fool-proof protocol so you know exactly what you need to be doing at all times

Cons

- Can be high stress, with managers putting a lot of pressure on employees - Customers can be very difficult over trivial things - Managers usually not the most intelligent people, making it difficult to take orders from them

Pros

Great training program....for staff and management alike. Many stores with same layout made it easy to maintain standards.

Cons

At times...too much pressure to break service speed goals....tough labor market for this service type chain...often understaffed..perhaps higher wages to stop relying on foreign help...something has to give.
