- Perfect first job, learning cash handling, teamwork skills, interpersonal and customer service skills. - Policies and procedures are simple, straightforward and make operations easy.

Cons

- Low pay rate for sometimes intense work, depends on store volume. - Some managers and staff don't take the job more seriously than others, making it difficult to work as a team in some instances. - Not a whole lot in the way of employee motivation.
