Pros

working in the airport you get to meet celebrities, the employees are fun and the whole team is like a family even as a new employee you're welcomed in with open arms, managers always have your back with extremely unnecessarily rude customers.

Cons

it is hard to get a day off even if you are really sick you feel pressured to come in, customers are extremely rude at times, not much room for growth

There you will learn what it takes to deal with customers in a professional manner. You also get to understand what it is like on the other side of the restaurant business.

Cons

Overall, there are very few ways to move up in the company. Sometimes the customers can also be a downside.
