Pros
Fast paced if you like that, uniforms provided in part, relatively steady hours. Free shirt and hat; stores are usually local and it's easy to get hired.
Cons
No breaks at all for some positions/non-smokers; angry co-workers who have been there for years but can't understand why they don't get promoted (look at your attitude, bub), new employees bullied by senior co-workers while management turns a blind eye or abets it. If you're new, expect to be handed duties not part of your position, and take blame for stuff not getting done as a result. Petty "politics" are the norm; jealousy is commonplace, and disrespect at all levels is normal as well. The work is hard for little pay, small mistakes are blown out of proportion and good workers tend to leave almost as fast as they're hired. Very little praise for good work, but that's honestly the norm almost everywhere these days.
