Pros
A family owned and operated business. The owner is very hands on, and proactive. Very community oriented. Culturally diverse. Nice benefits package. Upper management, D.M. and above, are usually helpful, and quite competent.
Cons
Very stressful at times. Depending on management skills of GM, a particular store can run smoothly or mostly stressful and disorganized. Depending on a particular store's GM and other managers there can be a challenge with communication.
