Pros

Meal discount if you are into fast food, this job was close to home, free uniform, high turnover so a good chance of getting work

Cons

The low health standards followed by employees is disgusting, oily and hot working environment, usually working with other people who are not interested in the job and are just there to get paid, many unmotivated employees, minimum wage job, work requires no thought and is very tedious and repetitive, poor training

Pros

Out of all the fast food chain restaurants, I would like to think Wendy's is the best. Granted, you are working for minimum wage; however, Wendy's is more focused on the customer.

Cons

It's a minimum wage paying job. There is much room for growth. However, it's pretty easy job where you can develop some sort of interpersonal skills.

Pros

Interesting work. Great senior management team.

Cons

No work life balance. Poor middle management structure on the finance side. Employees are not recognized for their accomplishments and are asked to sacrifice personal time for the convenience of middle management.
