Pros

The job can be demanding at times, but it is a good starter job for high school and college students. Wendy's is also a good place to work if you are looking to enhance your interpersonal skills. The electronic cash register is very easy to use, listing all menu items and making them easy to personalize.

Cons

The biggest downside to working in this type of environment is rude and demeaning customers. Nonetheless, in working with the public, there are always going to be people who make your job more difficult and unpleasant. On the up side, 90% of customers were a pleasure to serve and actually made my stint at Wendy's a positive experience.
