Pros
The best thing working at wendy's are my coworkers. It is a very diverse group of people. Most of my managers are fantastic as well.
Cons
Corperate was terrible. I was offered a promotion- then 4 MONTHS later interviewed, was told I had the job, then after another 2 months passed, someone came in and told me they gave the position to someone else because they didnt think I would be comfortable with the driving, given, they didnt even ask.
