Pros
This was a good first job, the pay was okay and management knew what they were doing. Coworkers were friendly for the most part. Schedule was very flexible and I had off the days needed for school.
Cons
Not great to stay for a long time. A lot of drama after being there for a while and some managers definitely played favorites. My schedule changed week-to-week which made it nearly impossible to plan anything more than a week in advance. It is also nearly impossible to get a decent amount of hours as the cap anyone could get was 38 hours.
