      Pros

      They are a very family friendly company to work for. They are forward thinking company that takes every workers ideas and thoughts into consideration and value them. You can also feel proud to work there because the stand behind there products, so if there would be a problem to arise it will be taken care of so you in no way have to worry about your costumers. Plus when you work there you will see everyone is family. You will have a sense of pride working there because of there costumer service.

      No benefits, but the do offer PAYED vacation.

      Pros

      Discount on the furniture was ok, but otherwise the pros were very much lacking.

      Cons

      The management lacked direction, they treated their employees poorly which ended up with a high turnover rate. While working there I saw over a dozen people leave, and it's a small company. Also the owners treat the company and their employees like their own personal workers, including personal favors.
