      Team truly works together to get things done. Deep Discussions on work, respectful disagreements that foster brainstorming and problem solving. High 401K match. Hybrid Work environment.

      Cons

      No company is free from some bad apples. Management is sometimes not very good at providing a product vision, but team members are definitely capable of providing that themselves.
