Great sell on paper. Very poor management attitude towards employees. Almost a boys club. Awesome product though. It's the sad soup sandwich you would never order if you knew the ingredients. Poorly chosen General manager that has difficulty deciphering between managing and leading.

The Werfen Group allowed me to grow professionally in many different areas of expertise. Great working environment , professionals with several years of experience. My years there were key for the rest of my career.

Cons

Needs to improve their talent retention strategy. There´s a high turn over of young employees that leave looking for better salaries.
