Associates are good people and Deserve more then they are given

Cons

Proceed with caution. Give titles as promotions but no pay attached. Make broken promises to keep you hanging on but never deliver. “Bros” club, if you Aren’t “in” it your life will be hell there. Look elsewhere where you will be respected and paid for your time/work. Job description shows 40hours per week but make them work 45
