      Steady work Trains graduates Reimburses cdl tuition

      Cons

      OTR is among lowest pay in industry. Miles are inconsistent. If you want to make ok money you need to wait for a slot on some acct to open up. Company is a rookie mill. Theu pump out newbies every week and have a hard time retaining them due to low pay.

      Relaxed enviornment, with little to no oversight, make your own schedule

      Cons

      Less than minimum wage pay, Half of equipment is broken or needing repairs. "We're relaxed here and not a bunch of stiff robots like in Omaha" In short, extremely ghetto management.
