Trying to change too many things at once while the basic processes are broken. Leadership unattainable due to being in meetings constantly.

I love Werner

Pros

New trucks, decent pay with long haul miles. Quick repairs, easy access to terminal driver lounges. Clean showers, laundry at a discount, I can take excessive time off.

Cons

Frieight can be low sometimes. Sharing miles with other drivers sucks. Competitive pay is on the low side. There are other companies offering a higher cent per mile.
