      Pros

      Offer good miles, good benefits, offers 401K, off most Saturdays (I deliver to Targets)

      Cons

      Work ALL Sundays, wish there was some kind of end of year bonus (but maybe haven't been here long enough to receive), sometimes hard to get ahold of management.

      what do you want to know. Everything they sayup front is a lie, they try to keep you out as long as possible, no pay to speak of, the dispatchers are very short with the drivers,overall, you are better off looking for a better company if you are looking for a paycheck. I was very unhappy with the overall experience working at werner. Good luck toanyone thinking about going to work with this company.

      great starter company, Learned a tremendous amount about the job, opportunties to advance into different divisions while staying with the same company.

      long hours, communication between planners, dispatchers, and drivers needs much improvement
