Equipment has been good. Help paying off school loan. I am getting home more often. They will pay for minor parts needed for equipment.

Cons

Repairs take forever. Roadbreakdown is very poor. weekend communications is very poor. No extra pay for not taking the insurance or retirement plans. everything is the driver's fault. A very accusative atmosphere.

pay check on time and plenty of miles to offer.

Cons

reneges on pay for out of area miles and is constantly squeezing more out of you but takes away the pay incentives.
