Disappointing experience with Werner

They have many divisions to choose from.

Cons

Werner doesn't pay very well at all. And there are no pay increases! Don't count on a mileage bonus, they work hard to ensure that you don't get the miles. They apparently have no communication with their trainers and recruiters even though they have qualcoms in all the trucks. They flat out lie to you. There is NO $500 bonus for staying on the truck while you are training and there is no such thing as Paid Time Off (PTO)!

Werner gave me the opportunity to run dedicated and then they also give you the opportunity to work light duty if the situation arises.

Cons

Home time is sometimes not a on time but close and they could offer a little more per mile.
