Pros

Great people, decent benefits, very good energy. The people I work with are really involved in the community and always looking to provide the best service possible. Modern bank with old-fashioned personal service. President Todd Clossin is a great leader and encourages innovation.

Cons

Leadership can still be too old-fashioned and stodgy in regards to technology. Need to update processes and methods to adapt to all markets - not just the Wheeling HQ. Pay for retail banking staff needs upgraded

Pros

I was reimbursed well for mileage and was given quite a bit of leeway for traveling. I enjoyed working with different teams and putting faces to names in each area, as well as constantly learning new ways of performing my job, and being able to give more input to my main branch

Cons

More external hiring for better-paying jobs than advancement internally.
