Pros
I have been with the company over 5 years and it's the best company I have worked for in a long time. Within my local market the leadership treats employees well and are approachable. There are growth opportunities locally and bank wide. Good environment, I enjoy my coworkers. The health benefits are good and available to both full time and part time employees.
Cons
The pay could be higher and time off benefits need reviewed and improved. A little behind the times but things seem like they are changing.
