Pros

Company has allowed me to grow. Given me opportunities to either succeed or fail. Great core group of people that know and understand water treatment. Strong culture of people that thrive off of hard work and success.

Cons

WesTech needs people to travel to sites and can take advantage of people who are willing to travel.

Pros

Relaxed company with little restrictions on schedule and good atmosphere between employees. Here you can just come to work, get a paycheck and go home. It is easy to coast. No real reprimand if you make a mistake thus making job security very good. Good opportunities to travel.

Cons

If you want a real paying job, this is not the place. Very slow moving. Upper management positions are awarded by time with company, not experience, education, of ability to perform. WesTech has difficulty keeping young talent, so all that is left if mediocre employees, and mediocrity if allowed or encouraged.

Good company with decent benefits. Good People and some fun projects.

Cons

Management can starve a project by not giving them enough resources. Some Leaders have attitude issues.
