Out of the several non profits in the area that i have worked at, this one is definitely the most organized. The management team takes the model seriously and does their best to support therapists in the work. The work is challenging and sometimes stressful, but the non-traditional hours and on-call expectations were clearly explained during the interview. The pay is comparable to other organizations in the area.
