Great way to get experience but also burn out

Wonderful coworkers, great experience, great exposure to how the mental health system works within a school setting. Supervision provided.

Cons

Middle management was terrible. Not helpful at all during crisis, not at all understanding of the burnout aspect. Always told to just do more or push through. Setting was genuinely traumatizing and harmful at times

An overall great place to work. The kids are great, leadership is great, and overall it's a pretty easy job to lean into and learn

Cons

Data recording could be more stream lined, and I think the database used is a bit hard to navigate.
