Provides Great Atmosphere for workers and shows they care about the students. Overall day to day atmosphere is great.

Cons

Not alot of room for growth, or even when job postings say degree not required they do not even consider someone with the qualifications of the job posting

I have worked at WCU for less than a year and it is the best job that I ever had! The people are nice and very student centric. They care about the employees and treat us well.

Cons

To be honest, there was quite a lot of turnover. Almost my entire department is news. It turned out to be a good thing though and we currently have a strong and united team!
