Pros

none that I can think of

Cons

I've been with this company for almost a year ad so far I have seen so many new faces each month. This company fires individuals on a whim. You will be undermined at every step by the tech who has been with the company for 10 years there is no team here. Expect to get everyone else's tech work dumped on you and to top it off dental hygiene will constantly call you for things that do not relate to your profession but you're expected to take care of it. Also you will be expected to support Dentrix software no where was this stated in the job desciption!!!! They expect you to work OT, everything must be down now. Probably one of the worse jobs I've had. Management will throw you under the bus at any given moment. Did I mention the benefits are not that great. Just for vision and dental I am paying $80... Great job for 1-2 years but, career wise I would pass.

Pros

There are no pros for West Coast University.

Cons

I promise you... It's all about the money. They preach growth, but do not provide the infrastructure or personnel resources to support growth. They build a fascade of being supportive of employees but is the absolutely WORST EMPLOYER I've ever worked for.

Pros

The only pro was the pay and the education requirement to obtain the job.

Cons

In the time that I worked in the admissions department the administrators had a clique within themselves, i personally believed they undermined and excluded certain employees. They constantly reminded staff their job was disposable and they only way to complete the job was they way THEY WANTED , there was no room for creativity . Over all administrators in my opinion where ineffective if creating a welcoming environment between management and employees.
