Happy to have a job, nice co-workers. Faculty care about students. Decent pay

Cons

Admin drama and pressure creates drama w between faculty. Very little support of faculty. University buys dumb things that are not needed just to advertise themselves, instead of investing in faculty. Benefits also average. Drive to campus absolutely sucks.

WCU has good guidance and support for their adjunct instructors. They set expectations but do not micro manage. They do ensure you are following standards and expectations which also keeps you assured you are doing things correctly
