- It takes a long time for leadership to make decisions. - When someone leaves, it takes many months/a full year to replace that role meanwhile the work is expected to get done by those who have remained as though the workload didn’t significantly increase or that they have the skills to do the same level of work.

Cons

While there are opportunities to grow within the company, sometimes it can be challenging to see opportunities to grow within your own department. Similar to every company, you can once in a while recognize the favoritism.
