Benefits are great, pay should be better given work load, responsibility risk as well as the economy.

Cons

Job description & duties need to be reevaluated. Better training for managers. I shouldn’t have to manage my manager’s anxiety & the anxiety she gives me. Manager expects/demands the stop everything you’re doing and work on this task ,but get everything done environment.Horrible for training & creates room for error. No training videos or consistent methods & constantly changing her mind on how things should be done.

I really like the students, most of them are hard working. My colleagues are friendly, but not interested in collaboration.

Cons

I've worked there for many years and they don't hire adjuncts full time very often.
