The people and coworkers. There’s a sense of pride and teamwork amongst my team and peers.

Cons

Old school mentality and culture. Management and owners need to get with the times. The supporting service groups are now all required to be back in the office 3 days a week. Although, they are allowing those hired from 2019-2022 to be fully remote? Doesn’t seem very fair. Expect to come dressed in a suit/tie for work, if that’s the culture you are looking for…
