WCU has a great work - life balance. So many opportunities to grow, develop and learn from and with the university. There are so many resources and helpful Leadership. Operations is constantly implementing efficient practices that provide a smooth process for staff and students alike. We are an evolving culture that emanates a positive and successful environment. I know this is where I want to be. The staff is helpful, pay is competitive and I feel driven to provide a student centric, positive experience for students and other staff alike. This is my home.
