Own office , clean facility

Cons

Too much nepotism. A silent toxic environment, they reel you in under the pretense of solid company. Students are silently secondary, it alas about money making. Management lacks any reality of what employees really feel. A masculine environment where women are made to feel bedroom. I once saw a manager (female) have a meltdown about upper management.

Occasional free food, they give nice gifts during major holidays like Thanksgiving, Nurses Week, and Christmas. They have lots of resources for teachers and students.

Cons

They are very business minded. Quantity vs quality. It's all about the numbers. For a place that teaches about EBP and changing healthcare, they are hesitant to change themselves. Old school thinking "this is how it's always been done".
