Benefits eligibile. Floating holidays. Referral bonus. Some ability for advance.

Cons

Pay (Huge wage disparity between executives/leadership and other full time employees). Lacks structure (policy/procedures constantly waived for unreasonable circumstances). Lacks clear definition of roles. Failure to take employee suggestions/opinions into account. High turnover of talented employees. Very profit/numbers driven to the detriment of students.

Micromanaging You are not an admissions advisor, you are a Telemarketer Extremely high turner over HR is unhelpful and unresponsive Poor leadership This was by far the most toxic, dysfunctional, and unstable diploma mill. The school does not prepare its students well and it shows in their retention and graduation rates. They only want students to sign up so they can rack up the crazy tuition fees. You will find yourself dialing out nonstop. Students are so fed up because they are called so many times . If you enjoy the role of telemarketer then be my guest. Leadership is unstable as they are unable to keep managers for more than 1 year. No room for improvement or advancement

This is the most toxic place I have worked. Micromanaging from upper management. low pay. Aggressive coworkers. expect Employees to work 70 hours a week.
