Higher-ups (supervisors, managers, senior management, directors) lack accountability shrug it off as misunderstandings It's more about the money/numbers than quality of education for the higher-ups Protocols, Employee Handbook, and "online trainings" mean nothing as long as we get in the numbers and higher-ups are happy. Some even work overtime WITHOUT overtime pay believing it's part of the job because any form of discussion about it is considered as being not compliant Culture and value talks are only for show. They are not actively practiced within certain teams Unfair work distribution within the team
