Pros

I have worked with this organization for over 4 years and I have had so many opportunities to grow here. I started at WCU shortly after college and was given the support and encouragement to continue my education and complete my graduate degree. Throughout my time with the organization I have received support from my supervisors and colleagues to take on challenging projects and increase my responsibility within the organization. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here.

WCU has a great team-work orientated culture and welcoming environment with intelligent and supportive higher administration. My experience working here was excellent, largely because of the work environment and my amazing supervisor and co-workers. I recommend this place of employment to anyone looking for a career in higher education.

Pay. Free coffee and tea. Committed workers. Students are friendly. The students are the best thing! Nursing instructors are intelligent.

Cons

Disorganized and unprofessional management. Unprofessional with students. Not willing to help students. Favoritism. Unequal treatment within department. Gossip about other departments and directors . Management inexperienced and not knowledgeable about ethical policies in higher education.
