Pros

Worked with school schedule. Decent for first job to learn basics of banking. Good college job. PTO days for full time are respectable.

Cons

Pay is well below competitors. Not a lot of support and mentors to help with career paths. A lot of politics. Part time employee benefits aren't very good. Culture doesn't mesh between branches and departments. Not enough thorough training.

Great overall company atmosphere! Company really does care about the Lincoln community. Management provides great support across the board. PTO package and bank holidays are great! The company always looks to hire form with-in first. Employees care about one another! West Gate Bank is a great place to work.

Cons

Pay is a little lower than competitors. Not much upward mobility due to the overall size of the bank.
